I was so relieved when they said they could help us for our daughter's Birthday in a pinch. We had arranged another company who didn't tell us until the last minute they couldn't provide what we arranged and this company came thru and saved the day! Absolutely amazing!! Joyland Rentals was a game-changer for our annual Easter egg hunt at the Palmetto Youth Center. We were blessed with their professionalism and their ability to provide an impactful inventory. The water slides along with the obstacle course bounce houses allowed the community youth to receive an experience full of fun. We are excited about the future as we continue to utilize their service and impact our youth. If you are looking for great CHRISTIAN people to provide excitement and fun. A huge THANK YOU to Joyland Rentals for making our son's birthday so amazing! I've dealt with other bounce house companies before, but will only be using them from this point on! The customer service, communication and pricing were all great. We are so happy with everything from start to finish I just can't say enough about these guys!! Joyland Rentals is the go-to place for your rental needs! I initially booked a different company for my 8 year old's party only to have them not show up. They never answered our calls and when we finally got a hold of them, it was only for them to say "too bad" and leave my 8 year old sad and disappointed.
My wife finally got a hold of Joyland Rentals and Angel was able to show up within 30 minutes!!! We are extremely grateful of him and Joyland rental for saving my son's special day. 10/10 will definitely book with him from now on!! Amazing service
